The pilot project Energies for Europe - Local Training Tools for European Internal Market – aims to define the professional system of energetic sector and the relative profile of competences, knowledge and abilities of the territorial managers of the energetic policies, involved in the development and the leading of the processes activated by the transformations in the sector.

It aims, as well, to define a training path finalized to develop two fields of contents:

• One regarding models, procedures and instruments of the dispositives of management of the processes typical of energetic policy at a local level,
• The second refers to the complex of contents technical – scientifical- multidisciplinary – involved in the technical choices and related to decisions managerial and politics of the processes encouraged by the final operators.

The main result of the project is the definition of a training kit flexible and modular for training backing.

The main realized products are:

• A handbook-guide to the training path and to the use of didactic materials addressed to local organizators and to beneficiaries, available on CD-Rom, paper support and web site);
• A Web site, dedicated to the pilot project.
  

• the workers of the techno-structures needed by the Local Authorities to carry out the administrative decentralization in the energetic environmental field, as well as the energy manager;
• gli studenti dell'istruzione superiore e della formazione universitaria inseriti, in percorsi dedicati al settore dell'energia.
